Surgery Appointment Policy

Once a surgery date has been decided on, the surgery coordinator will hold the date for you. This date is not guaranteed until the Medical Health History forms are complete. These forms will be sent via email and are required to be completed within 7 days of selecting a surgery date. Failure to complete the forms will result in the surgery being canceled.

We do not provide the arrival time for surgery until the week prior. The surgery coordinator will contact you 7 days prior to surgery to confirm the date and provide the time of arrival. If after reasonable effort, the surgery coordinator is unable to reach you, they will cancel your child/children's surgery. Due to the nature of our patient base we typically schedule youngest to oldest patients, however medical histories are taken into account when assigning these times.

Cancellation/No Show Policy

In-office surgery has limited availability due to the amount of care and detail that we provide to each surgery patient. We understand that there may be times when unforeseen circumstances occur where you will need to cancel and/or reschedule the surgery. Depending on the nature of the cancellation, surgery may not be able to be rescheduled with our office or you may be charged a $250 re-appointment fee. The provider and surgery coordinator will review the chart and contact you with a final determination.
